1. Who we are table83.com is operated by OIKONOMIDIS GEORGIOS, SYGGROU AVE 196 KALLITHEA 17671, ("Table 83", "we", "us"). Contact: info@table83.com.

2. These terms These terms apply to every use of table83.com and every order placed on it. By placing an order you accept them. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Products and prices We do our best to show products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on screen. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.

4. Orders and payment Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; if so, we refund any payment in full. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown.

5. Discount codes Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with them, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns Consumers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for how it works.

8. Legal guarantee All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by law. In the EU, this is 2 years from delivery.

9. Intellectual property All designs, text, logos and images on this site belong to Table 83 or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written consent.

10. Liability We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by Greek law. If you're a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, email us first and we'll try to resolve it. Consumers can also contact an out-of-court dispute resolution body, such as the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (Synigoros tou Katanaloti).
