You know the table. The one by the kitchen door. Never on the floor plan. Never for guests. Definitely not for "just a quick one before you close."
It's where the crew eats cold fries before service, counts tips after close, and sits down for the first time in ten hours.
That's Table 83.
It belongs to the people who keep the night running. Behind the bar, on the line, on the floor. Smiling. Mostly.
Where it comes from
In Greece, hospitality has a name: Xenia. To the ancient Greeks, welcoming a stranger was sacred, protected by Zeus himself. Zeus never worked a Saturday brunch. We did.
What we make
Tees, mugs and more, with jokes only you'll get. We laugh about the job. And sometimes about the guests.
Made by people who've worked the floor. Worn by people who still do.
